Leo Joseph Sullivan, 70, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away at his home on October 20, 2018, surrounded by family.
Born in Salem, Massachusetts, Leo was the son of Donald J. and Marguerite Reid Sullivan. He was raised in Danvers, Mass., where he met and married his high school sweetheart Susan Holden in 1966.
From a young age, Leo was a dedicated worker. Leo was a proud Eagle Scout who graduated from Bentley College of Accounting and Finance in 1970 and began his career with the General Electric Company in their financial management program. Leo ended his career of 40 years retiring as President from L-1 Identity Solutions in Billerica, Mass.
Leo, known to his family as “Pop,” will always be remembered for his kindness, love, and importantly – his Irish wit. He enjoyed spending time on the water, and could often be found sailing. His favorite times were those spent with his grandchildren. He was a caring husband, father, and grandfather, and the lessons he taught will never be forgotten.
