Joseph G “Joe” Spagnuola Obituary

Joseph G “Joe” Spagnuola, 73, of Downingtown, PA peacefully passed away on the morning of Saturday January 19, 2019 at 2:25 am. He was surrounded by his loving family with prayers of the Divine Mercy and the Holy Rosary.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Joe spent his childhood in South Philadelphia and later moved to Mantua, NJ where he met his wife, Mary, during high school. He was benevolent and looked out for his employees. He left a legacy as a mentor to many.

Joe’s strength was phenomenal. He survived many health obstacles and never stopped fighting. He modeled responsibility and great work ethic to his daughters and was always supportive. One of the many qualities Joe left as a mark on others was his sense of humor. His stories will live bringing laughter to anyone who knew him.

Joe was the beloved husband to Mary Spagnuola. They were married for 51years. He was son to late Mickey and Marie Spagnuola, brothers Frank Spagnuola and late Michael Spagnuola. Joe fathered four daughters Teresa Hinton, Michelle Whiteman, Heather Spagnuola, and Carol Spagnuola.
