Mrs. Devenney and Family

I'm CEO of AIRMATIC, one of Jack's MERIDIAN clients, and on behalf of the Company I extend our condolences to you and your family. Jack's affable and agreeable personality was, in great measure, what brought us into the MERIDIAN family. We always found our meetings with Jack to mix just the right amount of business and social interaction to make the meetings both productive and enjoyable. During a recent telephone conversation, when we were done talking business (he was always a Professional Banker – knowledgeable and customer focused), we had an opportunity to talk about your anniversary trip to Hawaii and how much the two of your enjoyed it. Jack was a good man and will be missed by his many business friends and associates – may he Rest In Peace.

Mary, Mary Beth, Jack and Matt. It is just so hard to believe but just know that we are here for you and will be any time you need us. Be comforted, and I know you all are, of all the wonderful years you did have with him and the precious memories you have and will hold near and dear to your hearts. We are all so sad. He was one of a kind, our Jack, and will truly be missed by so many as will be evident over these next couple days. Our love always.

Our loving Lord had plans for Jack that were unexpected to all of us left behind. Our faith teaches us that our lives are temporary and our ultimate goal is to be in reunion with Jesus. Jesus' love is infinite and his arms have embraced your loving husband and dad. Through the tears, remember this and ask our God to bring you peace. I promise to pray for your peace and understanding. Although we will miss that contagious smile, the warm hug, that not to be forgotten giggle, let's celebrate his life, his love, his journey on this earth. We love you all!
