Joel C. Nicol

Joel C. Nicol, born on April 11, 1947, died peacefully on April 13, 2017, two days after reaching his 70th birthday.  

Joel spent over 25 years serving the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County as an Official Court Reporter.  

As a fixture around the Borough of West Chester, he was known by the many people who saw him walking to work each day, shopping at Giant, buying his newspaper at Cugino’s or driving his 1935 Willys 77 antique truck.  

To know Joel was to love him.  May he rest in peace with those whom he loved.  

All are welcome to join Joel’s friends, neighbors and colleagues to remember Joel on May 16, 2017 at 5:30pm at the United Methodist Church, 129 S. High Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
