Joanne P. Judge-Morris

Joanne P. Judge-Morris, 58 of Downingtown, PA died on Monday December 30, 2019 at Chester County Hospital, West Chester, PA.

She was a loving mother and friend; and the dear wife of William A. Morris.

Born January 6, 1961 in Broomall, PA she was the daughter of the late Paul Judge and the late Dorothy Steinkerchner Judge. Joanne graduated from Marple Newtown Senior High School Class of 1976. She studied at Dickinson College until she transferred to West Chester University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

She was a homemaker and prior to getting sick with cancer, she worked as a Chester County Sheriff, transferred from the Sheriff Department to the Chester County Probation and Parole. She left the Chester County Probation and Parole Department after 20 years of service. She was subsequently hired by Kaplans Fine Jewelry of West Chester PA.

She enjoyed working at the Chester County Probation Office and spending time with her husband, family and dear friends. Joanne believed in family first and through her fight with cancer she never looked at a day where she didn't love and praise her family.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Tiffany, Tamara, and Taylor Judge. She also considered, Damion Morris, Michelle Morris (deceased) and Tiffany K. Watts as her extended family members.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitations on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 N. Church St., West Chester, PA, 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com  and on Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at United Methodist Church of West Chester; 129 S. High St. West Chester, PA 19382, followed by her Funeral Service at 10:00 am.

Interment will be in Chester Rural Cemetery Chester, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Abramson Cancer Center at Chester County Hospital, 440 E. Marshall St., West Chester, PA 19380.

We would also like to extend our appreciation to Dr. Sunil Saroha, CRNP Nicole Mukalian, Dr. Janice Pieretti, and Eileen CRNP. These Doctors and CRNP are being noted for the care and love they showed my wife Joanne P Judge-Morris.
