Joanne C. Sabatini

Joanne C. Sabatini, 76 of West Chester, PA passed away Friday September 27, 2019 surrounded by family at Maris Grove in Glen Mills.

She was the loving wife of Dominic F. Sabatini Jr for 58 years.

Born January 25, 1943 in Bryn Mawr, PA and grew up in Narberth, PA. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Dimidio and the late Anne Salvatore Dimidio.

Joanne graduated from Merion Mercy Academy in 1960.

Joanne loved each job she had and the people she worked with, including her most recent as transportation manager at KRG, which she held for 15 years.

Joanne was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Mom-Mom. She was a kind person with a beautiful smile, loved by all and will be dearly missed. Joanne was the life of every party and lit up a room with her presence. She will always be remembered for contagious laugh, fun loving nature and most of all her love of life.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Joanne D’Onofrio Denisewicz (Steven) of West Chester, her son Charles Sabatini (Jeannette) of Malvern, her four grandchildren, Gina Kendrick (Dylan), Michael D’Onofrio, Nicholas Sabatini, and Mark Sabatini and beloved nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother James Dimidio.

Pleasant Grove Rd. West Chester Pa 19382; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 am.

Interment will be in Birmingham Lafayette Cemetery, West Chester, PA.
