James Hagerty Obituary

James R. Hagerty, 76 of West Chester, PA., formerly of Aston and Ridley Park, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Chester County Hospital, West Chester, PA.

He was the husband of Beverley Love Hagerty.

Born on February 27, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA. He was the son of the late Earl Hagerty and the late Gladys McCummings Hagerty.

James graduated from Ridley High School in 1961.

He worked for many years as a Millwright for DuPont. He retired from DuPont in 2005.

He worked on antique and classic cars as a hobby. He was interested in horticulture and gardening. He was a member of Longwood Gardens.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four daughters Dawn (Jerry), Dana, Denise (Joe) and Danielle (David). He has six grandchildren Taylor, Nicole, Brooke, Matthew, Ryan and Lindsey. One Great Grandchild Remi.

Services and Interment will be private.
