Ellen J. O'Hora of Glen Mills

Ellen J. O'Hora, 76 of Glen Mills, PA passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at home.

She was the wife of the late James F. O'Hora.

Born September 7, 1940 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Gaffney and the late May Curran Gaffney.

She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School.

Ellen was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Church in West Chester.

She enjoyed volunteering for the Women's Auxiliary at the Chester County Hospital and for The Wenthworth Home in West Chester.

Ellen is survived by her children, Colleen M. (Tom) Dunning, James P. (Elizabeth) O'Hora, Timothy M. (Jennifer) O'Hora and Megan P. (Chester) Hanvey; 14 grandchildren; siblings, John Gaffney and James Gaffney.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Kathleen A. (O'Hora) Durant and brother, Thomas Gaffney.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 9:00 - 10:00 am at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 15 East Pleasant Grove Rd, West Chester, PA 19382; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.

Interment will be held in St. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bringing Hope Home, 641 Swedesford Rd. Malvern, PA 19355.
