Dorothy Miller Obituary

Dorothy A. Miller, 95, passed away Friday May 4, 2018 in West Chester, PA.

Born April 10, 1923 in Manayunk, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Catherine Miller. Dorothy was the oldest and last surviving of her 3 siblings, George, Bill and Kathleen.

A devout Catholic, she graduated from Little Flower High School in Philadelphia and was a parishioner at Maternity BVM Church in Philadelphia and St. Francis of Assisi on Long Beach Island.

Dorothy was a successful business woman, retiring at the age of 60 to enjoy her home on Long Beach Island, NJ, where she loved spending time with her grandchildren, swimming in the lagoon, biking, boating and watching “All My Children”.

She is survived by her son, Joseph “Skip” Brion and wife Glenda of West Chester; grandchildren, Kathryn E. Rosle and her husband Eric of West Chester, Scott J. Brion and his wife Jennifer of West Chester; great-grandchildren Ryan, Agnes, Sarah and George.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Monday, May 14, 2018 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St. West Chester, PA 19380; followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.

Interment will be held in Westminster Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made sent to St. Agnes Church at the above address.
