David D. Adams

David D. Adams of Chadds Ford.

David D. Adams, 73 of Chadds Ford, PA, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home.

Born June 3, 1944 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Lester H. Adams and the late Ruth N. Orendorf Adams.

David was a lifelong resident of Chadds Ford, PA., where he graduated from Unionville-Chadds Ford High School. 

David served in the Army National Guard.

He was the owner of David D. Adams Landscaping since he was 16 years old.

David was a member of the Brandywine Baptist Church in Chadds Ford, and a former member of the Lions Club.

He is survived by his siblings, Steven Adams (Charlotte) of Clifton Park, NY, and Kathleen Chalek (Herb) of Chadds Ford, PA; nieces and nephews, Lisa, Susan, Megan and Eric; great nieces and nephews, Joshua, Jennifer, Michael and Lauren; and cats Daisy and Bogart.

Relatives and Friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 9:00-10:00 am at the DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc., 410 North Church St. West Chester, PA 19380, 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com; followed by his Funeral Service at 10:00 am. 

Interment will be held in Brandywine Baptist Church Cemetery, Chadds Ford, PA.
