Charles J. “Charlie” Reber, 16, of Romansville, PA, passed away on July 11, 2019 at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Born in Paoli, PA on April 2, 2003 he was the son of Charles P. “Chet” Reber and Leah Murphy Reber.

Charlie was an avid music fan and an expert in classic rock who was not shy about sharing his knowledge. He managed several Instagram pages dedicated to his favorite musicians; like Pink Floyd, The Beatles and Queen.
Charlie may have had a soft voice but he was never at a loss of words and always made himself heard. He enjoyed writing and posting his song lyrics. He ruled the PS4 world; reaching high scores he would tell us are, “pretty good for me.”
Charlie was a phenomenal brother to his three sisters and had a special and unique bond with each one of them, always finding new ways every day to scare them by going too fast in his wheelchair. He was known to cruise the neighborhood with his nurse chasing after him.
Charlie’s favorite quote was: “And though the news was rather sad, well, I just had to laugh”
-The Beatles
