Barbara A. Palladino, 64 of Landenberg, PA died Thursday October 10, 2019 at her home.
Born March 1, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Nicholas Palladino Sr. and the late Barbara E. Passeri Palladino.
Barbara received her MBA in Agricultural Economics & Marketing from Rutger's University in 1980 and was a stellar student and a world class researcher. One friend wrote “Barbara could get information out of a rock”.
Barbara was a research analyst for W. L. Gore & Associates for more than 20 years. After retirement in 2017, she returned to Gore as a contractor and continued providing research solutions.
Gardening was one of Barbara’s passions, but animals had a bigger place in her heart. Animal rescue work was a big part of her life. Barbara was an accomplished fundraiser for causes involving animals and the poor.
She is survived by her niece, Tina Carro, her husband Adam their children Nicholas and Anthony, nephews Lee Troung, Tim Troung, his children Andrew and Alex and, other family members including Jessica and Hank.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Life Celebration on Saturday, October, 19 2019 at 11:30am at the Piccolina Toscana Restaurant, 1412 N. DuPont St. Wilmington DE 19806.
