William T. "Bill" Sites

William T. "Bill" Sites, 94, of West Chester, PA, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2016 at Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester.

Born April 21, 1922 in Phila., PA he was the son of the late Howard Sites and the late Marie Larkins Sites.

He was a bus driver for over 25 years for Krapf Coaches and also managed the Courtyard Inn, both of West Chester, PA

Bill was a decorated WWII Veteran, receiving the Soldier's Medal for Heroism while station in Wendling, England.

He enjoyed gardening as witnessed by his lovely landscaping and going to yard sales. He liked spending time with family and friends.

Bill is survived by his five children; Carol Sites Pietluck, William W. Sites (Brooke), Stacy Stone (Melissa), Mark Stone (Bobbi) and Melissa Stone (Ron), 5 grandchildren, siblings; Laura, Irene, Clara and Robert and many nieces and nephews and dog Buddy.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife Hazel LaFevre Sites and first wife Mildred Wood Sites. 

Relatives and Friends are invited to his visitation on Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc., 410 N. Church St., West Chester, PA 19380; followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 am.

Interment will be held in Glenwood Memorial Gardens Broomall PA.
