Vivien Meehan

Vivien A. Meehan, 72 of Naples, FL formerly of Broomall, died Wednesday May 27, 2015 at Neighborhood Hospice Inpatient Unit in West Chester.

She was the wife of James J. Meehan.

Born October 22, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Salvatore Bua and the late Josephine Santisi Bua.

Vivien had worked as a licensing and contract manager in the financial services industry.

Vivien had a passion for painting and golf. When in Naples she established the volunteer schedule for the local Habitat for Humanity and was past president of the Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club Association.  She loved spending summers in Sea Isle NJ and winters in Naples FL. Vivien will be most remembered for her love of family. 

In addition to her husband she is survived by her children, James J. (Maureen) Meehan III, Kathleen McLaughlin, Steven  (Dawn) Meehan, Cindy (Mike) Jennings, Greg (Tess) Meehan, grandchildren, Courtney (Bobby) DeSandre, Alyssa McLaughlin, Christian McLaughlin, Samantha Meehan, Emily Meehan, Gabrielle Meehan, Victoria Meehan, Steven Meehan, Marissa Meehan, Salvatore Meehan and James Meehan. Also survived by two nieces and one nephew.  

She was preceded in death by a sister Cynthia Bua Ascolese.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her Funeral Mass, 11am Monday, June 1, 2015 at St. Anastasia Church 3301 West Chester Pike Newtown Square, PA 19073.

Visitation will be held 6-9 pm Sunday May 31, 2015 and also from 10-11 am Monday June 1, 2015 at St. Anastasia Church 3301 West Chester Pike Newtown Square, PA 19073.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Neighborhood Hospice, 795 E. Marshall St., Suite 204 West Chester, PA 19380.
