She was a live-in nanny for two families and helped raise three children that she loved.

Aunt Alice moved to Delaware County to be around family.   She became a member of School House Senior Center in Folsom, where she volunteered for 15 years, helping in the kitchen, preparing lunches for the homebound and serving hot meals in the center.   She was a hard worker who was very proud of her volunteer hours.  She loved to go on trips with the center and enjoyed all the parties there.

Aunt Alice had the most amazing memory.   She could tell you everyone’s birthday, graduation date, wedding date, etc.   She loved to tell you her family history every chance she got.

She enjoyed being around her family and attending all the family parties and events.

Aunt Alice was a very strong lady, who was kind and thoughtful.  She was the fastest lady to use a walker.
