Meredith Riley Warner

Meredith Riley Warner of Exton, PA passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the age of 12. Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, PA cared for her in her final hours.

Born March 9th, 2006 in Stamford, CT, she was the cherished daughter of Jamie & Alison Warner.

A sixth grader at Great Valley Middle School, Meredith was loved by students & teachers alike. She found great joy in her friends, family, animals, art, music & sports. Mer was involved in many activities like Girl Scouts, field hockey, lacrosse, and the GVMS musical. She looked forward to continuing all of these with friends both old and new. Nothing brought her more happiness than making someone else smile. Her final gift was that of life by sharing her organs via the “Gift of Life” donor program.

In addition to her parents, she’s survived by her brother, Wyatt Warner. Grandparents Leonard & Carole Carrescia and Sandy & Ron Mosiello. Uncle Dave & Lawton Carrescia, Aunt Jenn & Danny Parsons and Uncle Jeff & Carrie Warner. First cousins Taylor, Wheeler, Edward, Chris, Tyler, Luke, Ryan, Nick & Lizzie. She’s also survived by myriad aunts, uncles, cousins, and family-like friends.

All are invited to a visitation on Wednesday April 18th, 10:00am – 1:00pm at Calvary Fellowship Church, 95 West Devon Drive, Downingtown, PA followed by her Memorial Service at 1:00pm.

At the suggestion of her close friends, navy blue attire is encouraged. A future celebration of her life will be arranged in CT.
