I am so saddened to hear of Kate's passing
We worked together as Case Managers at Child Guidance. This was an extremely difficult job and Kate become a good friend and support to me. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Katie was in my fourth grade class at St. Annie's. I have fond memories of her in class. We had reconnected on Facebook and I loved hearing of her success as a TSS. She was obviously passionate about children. What a blessing Katie was to many people.

Rest In Peace my dear friend Kate Gibson. You were an amazing woman, ball player, and friend. You are one of the most loyal, selfless, and caring persons that I have ever met. I have so many fond memories with you that bring an instant smile to my face. You were always the one to get everyone together and there for anyone who needed you. Just happened to be home recuperating from a 'heart attack' ..... one week ago God gave me back my life !!! I read of this precious loss to your family ..... 'Kate' . Her 'sudden' passing gripped my heart ..... I wondered: why? what was it ?
I've spent 44 years working as a Chaplain in prison .... laboring amidst so many hurts...and sometimes, especially now, when so many young people are 'suddenly' leaving us... 'I just wondered! I hurt for her family .. and I send you my heart's warmest prayers and hopes for your total recovery as a family .'
In 1967 my mother passed at age 40... cancer. I was given these verses from Habakkuk 3:17-19 and I've held them close to my life ever since ....
Please read them .... they are found in the Minor Prophets of the Scriptures .... God bless and strengthen each of you ......... Psalms 39:1-7 Jack Crans 610 322 3392
