John Morris Obituary

John H. Morris of West Chester. 

John H. Morris, 73 of West Chester, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.  

He was the husband of Bernadette Borreggine Morris. 

Born December 23, 1944 in Bryn Mawr, PA, he was the son of the late John H. Morris II and the late Virginia Mead Morris. 

He graduated from Haverford High School and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. 

He was an active member of St. Agnes Church in West Chester. John worked for 33 years with the US Postal Service and 10 years with Rosenberger Dairy Company.

He enjoyed fishing, baseball, camping and gardening. During retirement he enjoyed traveling with his beloved wife.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Victoria Regan (Brian), John Morris (Kathryn) and Chris Morris; siblings: Joan Shearn, Jane Malatesta and James Morris; and his grandchildren, Logan, Josephine & Jacqueline.  

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 8:30-9:45am at the St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St. West Chester, PA 19380; followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:00am. 

Interment will be private.
