She was the wife of Robert E. Bond.

Born November 8, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Kelly and the late Grace Sweeney Kelly.

Joan owned and operated On Call Dental, LTD. for over 20 years.

She was a member of Malvern United Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by 1 brother, 5 sisters and her beloved cat Smokey.

She was preceded in death by 1 sister.

Services and Interment will be private.
