Jeanne F. Crosby

Jeanne F. Crosby, 81 of West Chester, died Friday, June 19, 2015 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

She was the wife of the late Edwin J. Crosby, Jr. and daughter of the late Gertrude and Amos Roy Ferrier.

A lifelong West Chester resident, she was a 1951 graduate of West Chester High School and worked at Penn Mutual Fire Insurance Company for over 40 year. Jeanne was a loyal Phillies fan.

She is survived by her children, Maria (Jeff) Brice of Downingtown, Eric and Richard Crosby; siblings Helen (Bruce) Wood, Nancy Ferrier and William Ferrier all of West Chester; grandson Daniel Brice, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Jack Harvey, and Richard, Roy and Robert Ferrier.

 Relatives and Friends are invited to her Memorial Service, 8 pm Thursday, June 25, 2015 at the DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc. 410 North Church Street, West Chester, PA 19380, 610-696-1181, www.DellaFH.com where visitation will begin at 6pm. 

 Interment will be private.
