Jason Paul Geist

Jason Paul Geist, 34 of  Exton , PA passed away Friday October 13, 2017 of Cardiac Arrest at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Born September 29, 1983 in West Chester, PA he was the son of the late John P. Geist and Lisa Scarpellino Geist.

Jason had worked in construction.

He loved nature and was an avid fisherman, gardener, artist, photographer, guitarist and cook. Jason was quick witted and a jokester with a great sense of humor. He was a true poet that always had a story to tell. Jason was a kind, generous and giving person to others.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Brian P. Geist (Kristen) of Coatesville, PA; sister, Carly M. Geist of West Chester, PA; grandmother, Rose Marie Scarpellino of Toms River, NJ; uncle, Ralph Scarpellino of Cliffwood, NJ; uncle, John T. Kinch of West Chester, PA; niece, Gabriella Rose Geist of Coatesville, PA and step-mother, Margaret Moss Geist of West Chester, PA. Also survived by other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and his Funeral Liturgy on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 10:00 am at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc., 410 North Church Street West Chester, PA 610.696.1181 DellaFH.com

Interment will be held in Oaklands Cemetery West Chester PA.
