Eloy A. Gomez

Eloy A. Gomez, 76 of West Chester, PA died Friday October 9, 2015 at Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester, PA.

He was the husband of Kris Brubach Gomez.

Eloy was born in Havana, Cuba and was the son of the late Eloy Gomez and the late Olga Diaz Yervelli.

He was a member of St. Agnes Church in West Chester, PA. 

Eloy was a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

He came to the United States from Cuba in 1960 and started as a technician at Wyeth Labs in West Chester, PA and retired as a supervisor of the Parental Unit in Radnor, PA.

Eloy was so intuitive; he really knew people.  He was super honest and true, and most of all he was a great father and husband.  Everyone who knew him respected him.  He was a great man, loyal friend and will be dearly missed.

In addition to his wife, Eloy is survived by his children: Eloy and wife Marianita; Ileana and husband Mike; Edward and wife Tracy; Michael and wife Tina and Andrew; grandchildren: Eloy, David, Matt, Lisa, Alex, Dylan and Adric; 5 great grandchildren; brother Edward; step-mother Lilia and step-father Tony.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 9:00 – 10:00 am, Wednesday October 14, 2015 at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St. West Chester, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.

Interment will be private.
