Elissa M. Taddie

Elissa M. Taddie, 77 of  West Chester, PA died Fri. Jan. 26, 2018 at Neighborhood Hospice.

Born January 30, 1940 in Phila., PA she was the daughter of the late Joseph J. Taddie and the late Mary A. Saccuto Taddie.

She was a graduate of Bishop Shanahan High School, Class of 1959 and Phila. Museum College of Art with a degree in Industrial Design.

She served in the Civil Air Patrol.

Elissa was a school teacher at Vanguard Middle School and a parishioner of St. Agnes Church.

Her love for Yorkies led her to be the founder of the Delaware Valley Yorkshire Terrier Club. She was also an illustartor of Yorkies.

She loved flowers and spending time with her family and friends.

Elissa is survived by her aunt, Elizabeth M. "Betty" Panetti of West Chester, PA as well as many cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Agnes Church 233 W. Gay St. West Chester, PA

Interment will be held in St. Agnes Cem.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Chester County Hospital Foundation, 701 E. Marshall St. West Chester, PA 19830.
