Dorothy H. Quinn

Dorothy H. Quinn (nee Ward), 97, of Media PA, died Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Lima Estates, Media.

She was the beloved wife of the late Jerome B. Quinn and the devoted mother of Richard K. (Sharon) Quinn, Michael J. (Alexandra) Quinn, Barbara Q. (Robert) Kreider, Christina M. (Andrew) LeGros, and the late Kathleen M. (Robert) Grossi. Dorothy had 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. 

Born July 25, 1919 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Helen A. (nee O’Neill) and William J. Ward.

Dorothy loved sewing, reading and playing bridge with family and friends. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation at 11:00 am and to her memorial service at 11:30 am on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 2400 N Providence Rd, Media PA 19063.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Kathleen M. Grossi Memorial Fund, 444 Devereux Drive, Villanova PA 19085.
