Nancy Virginia Moore

Nancy Virginia Moore, 85 of West Chester, PA passed peacefully Saturday, Sept 10, 2016 at the Chester County Hospital Neighborhood Hospice.

Born on April 28, 1931 in Paoli, PA she was the daughter of the late Henry Dyer Moore II and Lois Wright Moore.

She was the youngest of six children and predeceased by her parents as well as her 5 older siblings; Dyer Moore, Donald Moore, Lois Moore Wentling, Malcom Moore and by her brother, Robert Moore by 1 day.

She was also predeceased by her nephew, Saunders (Sandy) Moore.

She is survived by many Nieces and Nephews.

Nancy was a graduate of Radnor High School, class of 1949. She traveled the world in her younger years visiting many different countries.

She worked at the Brandywine Book Store until 1969. She also volunteered at the Women’s Exchange on Church St in West Chester for many years.

Nancy was an active member of the Chester County Hospital West Chester Evening Auxiliary for over 54 years.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her visitation on Monday, September 19, 2016 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at DellaVecchia, Reilly, Smith & Boyd Funeral Home, Inc., 410 North Church Street, West Chester, PA 19380; followed by her Memorial Service at 1:00 pm.

Interment will be held in Bradford Cemetery West Chester PA.
